Roo Premieres; All Run, Mia Flirts - New York City Basenji Meetup - 14 August 2022

A beautiful morning with a break in the hot summer heat brought out fourteen basenjis and their humans for a run in Washington Square Park in New York City. Premiering today was Roo (female, eight-months-old.) She was joined by thirteen dogs including the hopping Dante and the flirting Mia. The dogs were puppy Kobe (male, eight-months-old,) and yearlings G.G. (female,) and Uni (female.) The young adults were five two-year-olds: Astor (male,) Dante (male,) Dexter (male,) Lulu (female,) and Zuri (female.) The adults were Zion (male, three-years-old,) Althea (female, four-years-old,) Mia (female, five-years-old,) Calla (female, seven-years-old,) and Kepler (male, eight-years-old.) Starting temperature: 75°F|23.9°C
