A beautiful autumn morning in New York City’s Washington Square Park saw the premiere of puppy Fernet (female, nine-months-old.) Eight other basenjis joined her: Roo (female, yearling,) Uni (female, yearling,) Nova (male, two-years-old,) Dante (male, four-years-old,) Mia (female, five-years-old,) Scout (female, five-years-old,) Kepler (male, eight-years-old,) and Harper (female, nine-years-old.)
