New York City Spring Basenji Fest
Ten basenjis gathered on another wonderful spring morning in Washington Square Park in New York City. Two dogs joined for the first time: Adonis (male, yearling,) from Long Island; and Aika (female, ten-years-old,) originally from Chile and visiting from Seattle. They were joined by veterans Kobe (male, six-months-old,) Oscar (male, two-years-old,) Edo (male, four-years-old,) Nova (male, five-years-old,) Mia (female, eight-years-old,) Scout (female, eight-years-old,) Malcolm (male, ten-years-old,) and Kepler (male, ten-years-old.)
