Puppies Run; Yearling Xena and Uncle Kepler - New York City Basenji Gathering - 6 September 2020

Two puppies led the running on a gorgeous September morning in Washington Square Park, New York City. The puppies, eight-months-old females Jeni and Mika, showed the other dogs where to run. Mika demonstrated an unusual spin move to elude her pursuers. It worked sometimes. The yearling was Xena, (female, and niece of Kepler,) and the other adults were Dante (male, two-years-old,) Maximus (male, two-years-old,) Kepler (male, six-years-old,) and Fuji (female, eight-years-old.)
