Four Basenjis From New Jersey - New York City Basenji Gathering - 27 December 2020

Nine basenjis gathered for a chilly, though sunny December morning in Washington Square Park, New York City. The gathering was made special by the visit of four dogs from New Jersey, three of whom made their first appearance. They were led by Ramses (male, three-years-old,) and his friend Thea (female, two-years-old.) Jasper (male, three-years-old) also premiered. The last NJ visitor was Bogie (male, three-years-old) who had visited several times in the years past. The New York City contigent included Flip (male, seven-months-old, honorary basenji,) puppies Rhubarb (female, yearling,) Jeni (female, yearling,) and hosts Kepler (male, six-years-old,) and Fuji (female, nine-years-old.) Starting temperature: 30°F | -1.1°C
