Puppy Shua Sings and Tussles - New York City Basenji Meetup - 18 June 2023
Ten basenjis gathered on a beautiful late-spring morning in New York City’s Washington Square Park. A puppy premier brought lots of energy. The young first-timer was Shua (male, six-months-old,) an unusually-colored tri-color pup. He sang for the crowd and tussled extensively with Arnold (male, six-months-old.) The other first-timer was Du (female, eight-years-old,) a late arrival from Guatemala. The returning dogs were Roxy (female, yearling,) Rhubarb (female, three-years-old,) Aivi (female, two-years-old,) Dante (male, five-years-old,) Mia (female, six-years-old,) Calla (female, eight-years-old,) and Kepler (male, eight-years-old.) Starting temperature: 72°F|22.2°C
